Required Documents:

• Notarised affidavit copy (valid within the last 6 months),
  OR

• Certificate issued by a higher authority (only for Central Government employees).

• Letter from an advocate on official letterhead.

• Court-issued letter.

• Public notary attested copy.

Lost & Found Advertisement

Required Documents:

• General Diary (GD) copy from police station.
  AND any one of the following:

• Letter from an advocate on official letterhead.

• Self-declaration.

Vacancy Advertisement

Required Document:

• Letter on company letterhead issued by an authorized official.

a.For publication of advertisement, required documents are mandatory.

b.Final composed advertisement matter will be shared to the client over Whatsapp or email for confirmation.

c.Once the matter is confirmed by client advertisement will be published in the selected newspaper, and TWO complimentary hardcopies will be provided to the client.

d.For presence of any mistake in confirmed advertisement matter, client will be considered as liable and further insertion will be considered as a new ad matter and charged accordingly.
e.Any mistake from NIHARI PUBLICATION will be considered for FOC (Free Of Cost) insertion in the selected newspaper.
